It seems that all Easter is around is ...FOOD! Not really, but some how yes. Ok, follow my thought. Easter (like Christmas) like any other happy religious festivity, is about joy and sharing. About polishing your best plates, spreading around spring flowers and spending hours and hours in the kitchen cooking up a storm for the family reunion that will take place at yours or at mom's home. Food at this point trascends it's meaning. At this point food means love, joy, and sharing the moment with your family. So lasagna is the main dish we prepare for Easter. So Easter becomes food. Happy Easter. Happy Lasagna day. To all, Catholic and not.
