Let's just say that this has been a crazy week.
I have had no time for filming and posting, but visited 3 hospitals in 3 days (Spoiler alert, ALL WELL)

I was walking, the other day.
I noticed the absence of noises, not sounds, noises. Very few cars and no machineries.
The paws of my dogs into the pools of water, their breath while chasing some bird or another.
Seagulls, Egrets, Sterling Crows and Swallows.
I love and hate making crostata.
I love it because it remembers me of my mom Anna and my auntie Giulia.
I love it because I used to argue with my mom about the fact that she wouldn't add yeast to the dough, and now I don't either.
I love it because it smell of the earlies...
